Nutrition Wisdom (Jumpstart)

4 Nutrition Coaching Sessions (60 min each) A free health history will be provided at the beginning of our work together in order for me to evaluate your needs, making this a total of 5 sessions. This package offers an in-depth examination into your own, unique food challenges. This package includes four of the ten modules offered in my Mind/Body Mastery program.

Topics Include:

  • Stressed v Relaxed Eating and Physical Hunger v. Emotional Hunger
  • Eating Rhythm, Sleep Rhythm, and the Rhythm of Enjoyable Movement
  • The Benefit of a Diet rich in High-Quality Foods
  • Food Cravings and Emotional Eating

By the end of our work together, you will have a better understanding of both the positive and negative influences on healthy nutrition and maintenance of a healthy weight and strategies to achieve sustainable and lasting results.

There are two payment options available:

  • 2 payments of $150.00 ($75 per session X 4 sessions for a total of $300.00)
  • 1 payment of $270.00 paid in full ($300 less 10% discount)

10 Nutrition Coaching Sessions (60 min each) A free health history is provided at the beginning of our work together in order for me to evaluate your needs, making this a total of 11 sessions. This package offers a deeper exploration into basic nutrition, as well as your own, unique challenges with food. You will learn strategies for navigating this unique and complex relationship.

Topics Include:

  • Stressed v Relaxed Eating, Physical Hunger v. Emotional Hunger
  • Eating Rhythm, Sleep Rhythm, and the Rhythm of Movement
  • The Benefit of a Diet rich in High Quality Foods
  • Food Cravings and Emotional Eating
  • Choosing High Quality Carbohydrates
  • The Importance of Quality Proteins and Healthy Fats in the Diet
  • Effects of Artificial Sweeteners, Caffeine, and excess Sugar
  • Weekly Menus 101 (shopping list and recipes provided)
  • Label Reading
  • High-Quality Pantry, Fridge, and Freezer Staples to have on hand

By the end of our work together, you will have a thorough understanding of factors impacting your own, personal relationship with food and health, including weight, as well as strategies to make a healthier diet achievable and sustainable for you and your family.

There are two payment options available.

  • 2 payments of $375.00 ( $75 per session X 10 sessions for a total of $750.00)

The Slow Down Diet Program

Are you tired of counting calories, counting points, or eliminating entire food groups? Are you eating less and exercising more, but still finding yourself unhappy with your weight and your body?  This can be exhausting, especially for busy moms who are already multi-tasking like crazy, running from one commitment to the next with barely enough time to catch your breath!

To be honest, the Slow Down Diet won’t be a quick fix.  However, with a shift in thinking and some behavior changes, you can learn to enjoy your relationship food, and be grateful for your body wherever it is on your journey.

Believe me,  I know how hard that can be!  I have been there. However, I knew I had to find answers for myself, because I realized the chaos was detrimental to my health, and my relationships.

I would love for you to join me, and work alongside other women with similar goals… finding your authentic weight, staying there, and loving yourself along the way.

Together we will learn how relaxation, pleasure, stress, and awareness impact your weight.

You may be surprised to learn that NUTRITION is more than just WHAT we eat!

The Slow Down Diet program is based on an engaging, thought-provoking book that beautifully reveals insights into our thoughts, beliefs and behaviors when it comes to food, AND ourselves. Join me for this 10 week program as we explore the transformative power of The Slow Down Diet together.     Program Cost – $100.00 (Book is included.)  (Spots are limited in order to ensure a high quality program.)   Sept 22nd – November 10th  1:00 pm -2:00 pm  (Springfield, Mo)  Location: TBA     Workshop includes:   8 educational 60 minute group coaching sessions   A copy of The Slow Down Diet book   Handouts and Worksheets   **Participants wanting additional support will be able to purchase two 60 minute Skype sessions at a reduced rate to help you on your journey. One session will be conducted at the beginning of the workshop to address your own personal food/weight challenges, and the second one will be held at the end of the program to create a plan for the next steps in your journey. Cost for these two sessions is $100 total. (Regularly priced sessions are $75.00 each.)



Terms of Agreement for Mind/Body Packages

In the event of your absence or withdrawal, for any reason, you remain fully responsible for the unpaid balance of the purchased program. The Mind/Body packages are non-refundable.

When you choose to purchase a program, you are not obligated to settle payment until after your initial health history session. This initial session is of no charge to you when you choose to enroll in the four or ten session programs. In the event that you choose not to commence with this program after our initial health history consultation, you will be responsible for the cost of the health history consultation fee of $75.00.

How to register

You may purchase the program using the paypal button, or you may pay with cash or check. You will then receive a health history form and a food journal form, as well as a program agreement. Both payment, and above documents must be completed and received by me, before we schedule our health history consultation.

For both Mind/Body packages, we will meet every two weeks, in person, or via Skype for approximately 60 minutes. Handouts will be delivered at the time of our meeting, or emailed prior to our session.
